「日常に戻る」までにはまだまだ時間がかかると予想されます。お客様に安心してご来店いただけるようBird スタッフ一同、下記の感染予防対策を徹底して営業します。

[Bird Eat-In Re-Opening Announcement]

Thank you for your patience. We will return to usual business hours from June 1st (Monday) and allowing customers to eat inside the cafe.

* Operating Hours / 11:00am – 7:30pm (Last Order: 7:00pm)
* Holidays / Every Tuesday and 1st & 3rd Wednesday

We expect that it will take some time until we are able to “return to normal.” To create a safe environment for our customers and staff, we have enacted the following preventative measures.

▫️ Airing out the cafe
▫️ Astringent cleaning with disinfectant alcohol
▫️ Installing partitions at each table to prevent the spread of germs
▫️ Requiring the wearing of masks and frequent hand washing
▫️ Lowering the number of seats to create more space in between cafe guests
▫️ Requiring customers to wash their hands upon entering the cafe
▫️ Requesting that customers wear masks when not eating
▫️ Limiting the number of customers inside the cafe during busy times

We will be continuing our take-out service so you can enjoy coffee, the Turkish sandwich, the Spicy Hot Sandwich, and Kentaro’s Chicken Curry to-go.
*If you call ahead and place an order for any of the items on the take-out menu, you will be able to receive them smoothly and without waiting.

[ Bird Service Announcement ]

Although the emergency declaration was removed by the Osaka government on May 21st, Bird will continue serving take-out only at limited hours from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

We have added Kentaro’s Chicken Curry to the take-out menu!
Its recipe is straight from the curry-lover and master chef Kentaro himself, featuring the sweet taste of slowly sautéd onions blended into a rich demi-glace sauce. Our smooth Bird Lassi pairs well with the spicy kick of the curry.

To avoid crowds while waiting, the curry and Turkish and hot sandwich boxes are only sold by reservation in advance.

Bird、TRUCKは、本日までも日々悩みながらご来店いただくお客様とスタッフが安心できるように､下記のような感染予防対策をした上で営業してきました。

・店内の換気
・2時間ごとに店内の消毒
・飛沫感染防止のため、レジカウンターにパーテーションを設置
・スタッフのマスク着用、手洗いうがいの徹底
・出社時の検温
・出勤するスタッフの人数調整
・複数でのミーティングの中止
・お客様にご入店時に手洗いのご協力のお願い
・ご入店いただく人数制限
・Birdはテイクアウトのみに限定し営業時間短縮

毎年ゴールデンウィーク期間中は他都道府県からたくさんのお客様が来てくださいますが、現在の状況下、例年通りではないと考えていますが、たとえ一時的であったとしても混み合うタイミングが生まれる事をリスクと捉えて営業自粛という決定に至りました。
ご理解よろしくお願いします。

感染拡大を防ぐため、人との接触を８割減らすようひとりひとりが頑張りましょう。
１日も早く終息しますように。

Concerning Bird & TRUCK’s Golden Week Business Hours

In response to efforts to limit the spread of the coronavirus, while Bird and TRUCK are not required to close, we have taken the health of our customers into consideration and decided to limit our business operations for a special period.

During this time, our staff will be available to accept orders made through our online shop and by phone, and respond to any inquires. Please feel free to contact us.

11:00 – 19:00 (excluding regular holidays every Tuesday and the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month)

So that our staff and customers have been able to visit us safely to this day, TRUCK & Bird have been operating with the following preventative measures in place:

・Airing out the space
・Sanitizing the space every 2 hours
・Adding a partition to the register counter area to prevent airborne spread
・Requiring our staff to wear masks and to diligently wash their hands and gargle
・Changing work travel hours
・Reducing the number of staff present
・Halting multiple meetings
・Requesting that customers wash their hands upon entering
・Limiting the number of customers present at any one given time
・Shortening business hours at Bird and limiting service to Take-Out only

Every year, many customers come from all prefectures during the Golden Week period to our store. While we think that this year will not be the same as usual, we decided to close the store in anticipation of even the slightest risk that it would become too crowded at any given time.
We appreciate your understanding.

Let us all work together to reduce our person-to-person contact by 80% so that relief can come sooner, even if by only one day.

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, from April 16th, we will be selling only take-out doughnuts and coffee for the time being.

1月8日(水) より通常営業します。
From Sunday, December 29th to Tuesday, January 7th, TRUCK and Bird will be closed.
Normal business hours will resume from Wednesday, January 8th.

12月14日(土)は、Bird 10周年スペシャルライブ「Bird 10th Anniversary Special Live」の開催に伴い、TRUCK、Bird 共に5:00PM(L.O. 4:00PM)までの営業です。
